Maryland NPC Chairman Richard Siegelman
Welcome to the new Maryland NPC web site. I would like to introduce myself as your new NPC Maryland State chairman. As your State chairman I would like to take this opportunity to share with you a little about myself.
I am a retired police officer in the State of Maryland and currently own my own personal training company Pro-Fitness Trainers. I specialize in training athletes, bodybuilders, figure competitors & design specific diets to fit their needs. I am also currently a nationally competitive bodybuilder and judge with over 20 years of experience with the NPC.
My goals as your chairman will be to make Maryland a State with a strong and successfully competitive Bodybuilding/Figure/Fitness venue that we once had in the past. I look forward to having the opportunity to meet, work and welcome any questions or concerns you may have.

Maryland NPC Assistant Chairman Scott Engle
As assistant to Richard, I will be working with him to reestablish Maryland as one of the premier states in the development of elite bodybuilders, figure, and fitness athletes. We expect that Maryland will once again be known as the state that sends many athletes on to the national level and beyond.
I fell in love with weight training at the early age of 10, after receiving my first set of weights. I became “hooked” and devoured every muscle magazine to read about my idols
I am the president of a large jewelry store in Washington DC and will be bringing my background in business and marketing in order to create a professional, top class atmosphere to our events. I am available via email and phone.
