MD Featured Top Athlete Dan Kelsey
I started on my path in 1994 when I was in high school. I was always a competitive athlete and had played many sports. In senior year I took a weight lifting class and found a new passion. At that time I weighed a "whopping" 152lbs! That was soon to change.
After high school I joined the Air force. Even though I was traveling extensively and experiencing new cultures, weight training was always an important part of my life. It was during my first duty assignment in Anchorage Alaska that I met Chris "The Blond Bomber" Cook and my love of the sport of bodybuilding sky-rocketed. I have to thank Chris for showing me the ropes and instilling in me the drive to succeed. He has always been a true friend and mentor.
I remember taking the stage at my first bodybuilding show. I had done my homework. My diet, cardio and intense training schedule had paid off. As I squinted into the lights and struck my first pose I heard the crowd respond. I was hooked! In the 15 years since that day my drive and passion has grown. I have been stationed around the world, spent many hours studying bodybuilding, experimented with my own training and
nutrition and competed in many contests. No matter what your goals I'd like to use my experience and hard earned knowledge to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle...1 pound at a time. Hope to hear from you soon.
